Question: I would like to use the epitope conservancy tool to run a set of potential
epitopes against several genomes. The tool does not handle an entire genome
(eg NC_009782 Downloaded from NCBI) much less several. Is it possible to
download a copy of the software to run locally on a linux machine?
Answer:
Locally installable version of all IEDB tools. This is a virtual machine containing an exact copy of the web server, which may still not allow you to run whole genomes efficiently on that tool. The stand-alone version is available to academics and non-profits for no fee. For all others, they can obtain a software license at a modest fee to cover support and updates. Please contact license@iedb.org if you have an interest in obtain a stand-alone version of the Analysis Resource.
