The IEDB team identified an issue in the genotypic frequency feature of the Population Coverage tool. As can be seen in Figure 1, a note was included in the tool to alert users while we investigate. Given the complexity of this issue, it will take time to resolve.
However, the IEDB team can confirm that, overall, the Population Coverage tool is working correctly.
The issue that remains, which can be ignored by users for now, pertains to the gene frequencies shown in the header of the various columns. In Figure 2, the 24.39 and 9.77 values shown for HLA-A*02:01 and HLA-A*03:01 are incorrect. These numbers are off by a factor of 1.111 (approximately). This is what our team is currently trying to fix. However, the total coverage and the coverage for each epitope are correct.
The IEDB team will provide updates on this issue when possible.
