IEDB Annual Compendium for 2008

The fourth Annual Compendium of the Immune Epitope Database and Analysis Resource contains a list of the antibody and T cell epitope information in the database as of 14 January 2009, and describes the many new features and changes found in IEDB 2.0, a major database and website revision implemented during 2008.  It also lists the scientific publications in 2008 and 2007 for which the IEDB played a contributory role.
