Linking to the IEDB

If you are interested in creating a HTML hyperlink on your website
directly to information in the IEDB, please format the links as
described below. Note that the 2.0 version of the IEDB has modified the
structure of the links. Previously created websites should ideally
update there links, but most links will be redirected, and continue to
work.

The following links direct to IEDB pages with summary information in
different categories.

The [number] placeholder should be replaced with the identifier for the
desired item. The identifiers are best determined by querying the IEDB,
e.g. querying for epitopes from the source organism 'vaccinia virus'
and clicking on the 'source organism' counts on the results page
will give a list of organisms and their identifiers. To link to all
epitopes derived from vaccinia virus, link to
http://www.iedb.org/sourceOrgID/10245.

Please note that directly accessing epitope summary information via linear
sequence, accession number, and PDB ID is not supported at this time.
