Update: Legacy Tools migration from HTTP to HTTPS

We’ve recently upgraded our Legacy Tools website (https://tools.iedb.org) and APIs (https://tools-cluster-interface.iedb.org) to use HTTPS instead of HTTP. This change improves security by encrypting all traffic between your browser or client and our servers.

Most clients and browsers should automatically follow redirects from http:// to https://. However, if you experience any broken links, connection errors, or other unexpected behavior, please let us know so we can investigate.

What you should do:

• Update any bookmarks, scripts, or integrations that reference http:// to use https:// instead.

• Report any issues or unexpected behavior by submitting a ticket or contacting us at help@iedb.org.
