Searching for H1N1 epitopes from Hemagglutinin

Question:  please help me finding the complete list of epitopes listed so far worldwide in case of Hemagglutinin protein ( H1N1 subtype )

Answer:  Perform the following steps on the IEDB 2.X legacy website:

On the home page search in the epitope source section, specify h1n1 subtype as the source organism.
Specify hemagglutinin as the source antigen by using the molecule finder, searching for the molecule names, highlighting one of the results in the tree, and selecting the hemagglutinin parent node (PT10001150). Be sure to apply selections in both cases. You can then specify what you want in the immune recognition context section. For actual epitopes, select B cell and T cell and hit search.

For new IEDB 3.0 website, perform the following steps:

On the home page, type H1N1 in the Antigen box in the organism field.  From the autocomplete menu, select H1N1 subtype (ID 114727).  In the Antigen Name text box below it, type hamagglutinin and select the one associated with Influenza A virus (P03452).
