What allele types can I select for my MHC Class I and Class II predictions?

IEDB tools users have the ability to predict against a series of alleles for both MHC Class I and Class II using the following tools:

• MHC-I Binding Predictions
• MHC-II Binding Predictions

The two attached .txt files contain the complete list of alleles a user can select in their predictions. Please refer to:

• mhci_allele.txt for all alleles relating to MHC-I Binding Predictions
• mhcii_allele.txt for all alleles relating to MHC-II Binding Predictions

The IEDB team understands that not all species can be predicted for using our tools. At this time we do not expect to expand the species list, but please contact help@iedb.org with your recommendations and we will monitor the community's needs and adjust as appropriate.
