• NetMHCpan 3.0 integrated into MHC class I binding preditction tools
• NEW - standalone version of NetChop/NetCTL/NetCTLpan available (http://tools.iedb.org/netchop/download/)
• NEW - MHC class I API migrated to parallelized cluster interface (see description here: http://tools.iedb.org/main/tools-api/)
• Previous API interface (tools-api.iedb.org/mhci/) to be deprecated November 30 2016
• Class I processing tool binaries updated to match class I binding
