Next-Generation IEDB Tools Website and API - Release 3.1

Release 3.0 of the Next-Generation IEDB Tools Website is now live!  This release brings the Patient Harmonic mean Best Rank and MHCII-NP methods to the site, as well as minor enhancements throughout.

• New Web Tools!
  • Patient Harmonic mean Best Rank (PHBR) - This tool, available here, helps to predict the likelihood of response to immunotherapy for a set of neopitopes in a specific HLA-typed individual. It was developed in the Hannah Carter lab at UC San Diego.
  • MHCII-NP - This tool provides predictions for natural peptide processing in the MHC class II pathway and has been integrated into the T Cell, Class II suite of tools.
• New/Updated Standalones!
  • The new PHBR tool is also available as a command-line tool.
  • The T Cell, Class II standalone has been updated to include MHCII-NP.
  • PVC standalone bugfixes.
