v2.16 - December 2016

• NetMHCstabpan 1.0 incorporated into MHC class I prediction tools (web, API, standalone)
• included in MHC I standalone version 2.15.2
• NetMHCIIpan 3.1 incorporated into MHC class II prediction tools (web, API, standalone)
• included in MHC II standalone version 2.16
• MHC class I web predictions now being routed through parallelized cluster, which should make predictions for many sequences/alleles much faster
• MHC class II API parallelized and moved to http://tools-cluster-interface.iedb.org/tools_api/mhcii/
• Previous API interface (tools-api.iedb.org/mhcii/ and tools-api.iedb.org/mhci/) to be deprecated January 30 2017
• Homology mapping tool removed
• Many minor bugfixes and improvements throughout
