- T cell class I application includes most tools related to MHC class I epitope prediction and analysis and allows the running of multiple tools simultaneously

- Clustering provides a way to group peptide sequences based on sequence identity
- PEPMatch allows for the efficient search for closely related peptides in several common reference proteomes
