Next-Generation IEDB Tools Website and API - Release 1.2

Release 1.2 of the Next-Generation IEDB Tools Website is now live!  This release includes several new algorithms added to the T Cell Class I tool, as well as the initial public release of our updated standalone tools that drive the NG Tools website.
