Introducing the Antigen Summary Page

What is it?

The Antigen Summary page is a new detailed view of the data in the IEDB for a given protein antigen. The Summary, as shown below, includes synonyms, counts of epitopes, publications, assays, 3D structures, and contextual information including the hosts and disease states in which it was tested. The Details View, which is on a separate tab, shows a tabular summary of each antigen. The compiled data for each protein separated into linear and discontinuous epitopes and shows how many of each had assays with positive outcomes versus how many assays were performed.  Links to other resources, such as UniProt, the Protein Ontology (PRO) and IPTMnet appear at the bottom of the page. Over time, more links will be added.

Where can I find it?

In the IEDB results, you should navigate to the Antigens tab. There, all UniProt antigens have been hyperlinked. By selecting the antigen of your choice, a new web page will open with the information for that antigen.
